Medical Simulation Center Licensing & Accreditation

MSR is an integral part of the accreditation, certification, and licensure process of several of Israel's healthcare professional bodies. These include competence-based board exams for Anesthesiology Residents and certification for Paramedics. In addition, all medical school graduates are required to take an intensive hands-on simulation-based 5 days training course prior to starting their clinical internship. In order to ensure adherences to the highest psychometric standards, MSR collaborates with the National Institute for Testing and Evaluation (NITE), experts in cognitive and performance assessment. This collaboration also ensures the validity and reliability of the assessment tools used by MSR.
